This week the Marching Rockets are home on Friday as the Football team takes on the Norwood Indians. It’s a home game, so fire up your ovens and don’t forget about the bake sale.

Practice starts at 5:30 We will be joined by the 7th and 8th grade band members for Pregame.
We will be performing 2 new songs this week in our 3rd halftime show Rock Show, Rock Show, ROCK SHOW! (Part 1)

7:00 Kickoff followed by halftime and post game shows.
This is the last call for Florida Trip sign ups. This year, CNE Schools is focusing on raising academic expectations and standards. Students must be academically eligible during the 4th grading period to attend the band and choir Florida tour. That means they must be passing 5 classes on their third quarter report card. At that point, there is no refund and we would only be able to try to find a replacement traveler.

I am so proud to take the CNE Marching Rockets back to my alma mater to perform with the Ohio University Marching 110 and 26 other high school bands.
Tentative Schedule- October 15, 2016
6:00 a.m. Report to CNE HS in blue band shirt and jeans. Take uniforms and hats on bus. Trailer should be loaded from the night before.
8:30 a.m. Arrive at Ohio University unload trailer. Watch Marching 110 Practice.
9:00 a.m. Practice with the Marching 110
11:00 a.m. Bring $3.00 We will be getting Goodfellas Pizza and drinks. We will change into uniforms.
1:00 p.m. Enter Peden Stadium
2:00 p.m. OHIO vs. Eastern Michigan
5:30 p.m. We will watch postgame.
If your family or friends want tickets to the game, there are discount tickets available to members of the high school bands.The code for families and guests to use to purchase tickets is BANDS. They can enter the code online at OhioBobcats.com when ordering their tickets for that game.
