Rocket Fans:
The band did a great job at the BLINK Parade. I think it was a great experience for our students.
FRIDAY- The Marching Rockets will be celebrating the seniors at our final home game as our CNE Rockets take on East Clinton. We will be performing some new material this week. Report time is 5:30 on the practice field. We will change into uniforms and depart by 5:40 be in our stands for senior night. Students should eat before they arrive. They will have a break during 3rd quarter to visit the restroom and concession stand.
Special note for seniors-We will have pregame apps for you and your parents in the choir room at 4:30. You can enjoy some time celebrating your success in band. Thanks for being part of something great! Your senior night form needs to be turned in by Tuesday.
SATURDAY- Little Miami Band Festival
Marching Rockets will report to practice at 4:15. We will be showing off our best at Little Miami. We will depart at 5:15. Parade of bands is at 6:30 and band performances start at 7:00. We are 4th out of 6.
Fundraising: We are planning a Florida tour for the Spring of 2019. Now is the time to start fundraising. The cost of the trip will be $950 per band member. WE NEED CONCESSION WORKERS NOW!!! If adults have any thoughts of chaperoning this trip, they need to be spending time with the band and kids by working fundraisers, band camp, etc.

Our monthly band booster meeting will be following the Goshen Parade on November 18.
Academic Eligibility
Clermont Northeastern has made a focus on raising our academic achievement. Students that are not academically eligible to perform with the band (passing 5 classes for 1st quarter) are still allowed to practice with the band. They are not allowed to perform or travel with the band until they are passing five classes on the next grading period.
